Commitment
Holt Workforce Strategies LLC is committed to providing a website that is usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies or navigate with a keyboard.
Accessibility practices
The website is designed with semantic page structure, keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus behavior, descriptive page titles, text alternatives for meaningful images, readable contrast, responsive layouts, and support for browser text enlargement. Content and features are reviewed as the website changes.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing practice rather than a one-time certification. Technology, content, third-party services, and user needs change. Some external services linked from or embedded into the website may be outside the direct control of Holt Workforce Strategies.
