Turnover, attendance, or performance concerns keep repeating.
Managers apply policies or discipline inconsistently.
Documentation and personnel files need structure.
The organization has no senior HR leader.

Planning your engagement
Typical planning ranges for standard engagements. Your written proposal confirms capacity, milestones, review rounds, and delivery dates before work begins.
From completed document intake and leadership interviews to the findings presentation and roadmap.
Timing begins once the agreement and any required deposit are in place, materials are complete, and required discovery or interviews have occurred. Client feedback, additional locations, legal review, scope changes, and vendor schedules may extend the timeline. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Relevant leadership experience
The assessment draws on the founder’s experience building HR systems, implementing technology, developing managers, and analyzing workforce conditions across healthcare, retail, and military environments.
These examples come from the founder’s prior employed leadership roles, rather than Holt client engagements. Reported outcomes reflect wider implementation and operating conditions; future results vary.

No. Detailed rewriting, specialized audits, document creation, and implementation are separate services. The roadmap identifies actions your team can handle internally and options for focused projects or fractional support.
Yes. A client-specific SharePoint folder can support document exchange, interviews can be virtual, and findings can be presented remotely. We confirm participants, records, access, and delivery arrangements during scoping.
Not automatically. We agree on the documents and any sample needed for the review. Requests may include policies, job descriptions, onboarding materials, organizational information, and workforce reports rather than unrestricted employee-record access.
