Build the smallest connected system that solves the problem

A policy communicates expectations. A form captures a record. An SOP explains administrator steps. A complete workflow connects the trigger, owner, approval, documentation, communication, and follow-up. Decide which layer is missing before commissioning a larger build-out.

Bring current materials and one representative example of how the process operates today. Document counts, role counts, revision rounds, training, and implementation work are agreed in scope.

  • Confirm the authoritative version and approval owner.
  • Test an ordinary event and an exception before rollout.
  • Assign maintenance and a review trigger after handoff.

A clear scope before work begins

We confirm your workforce, locations, current materials, desired outcomes, and decision-maker before recommending a project. Your written proposal defines the deliverables, included revisions or sessions, responsibilities, schedule, and fees. Published prices are starting points or anticipated ranges.

Wichita-area in-person work and remote delivery are agreed in scope. The employer approves policies and retains employment decisions. Legal interpretation and legal review are separate.

HR Infrastructure FAQs

What is HR infrastructure, and what does a project produce?

HR infrastructure connects policies, records, forms, workflows, and decision ownership. Deliverables can include job descriptions, SOPs, personnel-file findings, process maps, or an integrated foundation build-out, depending on the gap we agree to address.

Can we start with job descriptions or a file audit?

Yes. Job descriptions are $200 per position or $1,500 for up to ten positions. Employee file audits are $750–$2,500 for an agreed sample or file count. You do not need to purchase a complete build-out for a defined need.

How is a policy different from an SOP or HR form?

A policy communicates expectations, a form captures information, and an SOP explains the steps and responsibilities for a process. A complete workflow connects those pieces with approvals, communication, and follow-up.

Can you help establish an internal HR department or hand off responsibilities?

Yes. HR Department Setup and HR Transition and Handoff Support are available by custom quote. We define responsibilities, recurring tasks, record structure, ownership, and any successor training in the proposal.

What should we provide before an infrastructure project?

Bring current policies, forms, role descriptions, organizational information, and one example of the process as it operates today. We agree on document counts, revisions, implementation tasks, and an internal approval owner before work begins.

Build the connected system behind the documents

Map the current workflow, identify handoff failures, and select the highest-priority changes. Agreed outputs can include responsibility matrices, SOPs, onboarding checkpoints, records structures, and a recurring HR calendar.

Responsibilities and scope

Assign a sponsor and process owners. Supply accurate documents, confirm approvals, and identify systems of record. A project should state how many workflows, positions, sites, and training sessions are included.

What useful progress looks like

Measure handoff completion, missing information, unresolved exceptions, and repeated rework. Review adoption with the people performing the task.
