Privacy policy
How website and inquiry information is handled.
Effective October 30, 2026
This policy addresses general website and inquiry practices. Client engagements may involve additional confidentiality, data-handling, and retention terms established through written agreements.
Information collected
Holt Workforce Strategies LLC may collect information that you voluntarily provide through an inquiry form, email, telephone call, scheduling tool, proposal process, or consulting engagement. This may include your name, organization, title, email address, telephone number, service interests, and information you choose to include in a message.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, schedule conversations, evaluate service fit, prepare proposals and engagement documents, provide requested services, process payments, maintain business records, improve services, and meet legal or contractual obligations.
Website forms and service providers
The website may use third-party services to transmit form submissions, schedule meetings, process payments, host the website, support email, maintain business records, and provide secure collaboration. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit confidential employee records, medical information, government identifiers, payment credentials, or other sensitive materials through a public form.
Client documents
When a consulting engagement requires document review, collection methods and access expectations will be defined for that engagement. A client-specific Microsoft SharePoint folder may be used for controlled document exchange. Clients remain responsible for determining that they have authority to disclose materials provided for review.
Sale of information
Holt Workforce Strategies does not sell personal information submitted through the website.
Retention and security
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Inquiry source information
The website uses browser session storage to remember a referral hostname or campaign source label and the landing-page path during your visit. If you submit an inquiry, these fields are sent with the form so Holt can understand how inquiries reach the business. This feature does not store your full referring URL or landing-page query string and does not add a third-party analytics tracker. Browser restrictions or missing referral information can limit accuracy.
Cookies and technical information
The hosting platform and integrated services may process technical information such as browser type, device information, referring pages, IP address, and site usage data for security, operation, diagnostics, and performance. Holt Workforce Strategies does not currently use the website to sell advertising based on personal browsing activity.
External links
The website may link to third-party websites and government resources. Holt Workforce Strategies is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or privacy practices of external sites.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to contractual, legal, security, and recordkeeping limitations. You may also ask that nonessential communications stop.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as website features, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published.
